Important information (30. September 2003, updated):

It seems that some people are getting some nasty mails which seem to come from somebody@stromboli.org.

To make it clear: They were not sent by stromboli.org and I'm dissociating from them completely! Unfortunately it's technically possible to falsify everything in an email like addresses, content and attachments.

In the meantime I've got a mail from the admin of the remailer "remailer@xs4all.nl" which explains why you may have got such mails (see below):

I didnt realize stromboli.org was already in use.

Anscheinend bekommen verschiedene Leute mails mit hässlichem Inhalt, die von somebody@stromboli.org zu stammen scheinen.
Ich möchte hiermit klarstellen, dass diese mails nicht von stromboly.org verschickt wurden und ich mich auch vollständig von derem Inhalt distanziere. Leider ist es technisch möglich praktisch alles in einem Email wie Adressen, Inhalt und Anhänge zu fälschen.

In der Zwischenzeit habe ich ein Mail vom Admin des remailers "remailer@xs4all.nl" erhalten, welches zeigt wieso Sie solche mails von stromboli.org erhalten haben (siehe oben).
